Had my back up camera replaced less then 2 years ago when it was Rochester Ford. It started glitching again so I called and they said it’s under warranty. I specifically called them again before my appointme it was Rochester Ford. It started glitching again so I called and they said it’s under warranty. I specifically called them again before my appointment and ask if there will be a diagnostic fee and they said not if it’s the camera. 2 hours later I was told it’s the wiring and I had to pay $170 diagnostic fee which is ridiculous. That wiring should have been replaced 2 years ago if that’s really even the problem. More
