After negotiating a deal and running numbers with the internet sales manager, a deposit was placed on the vehicle and date was arranged for pick-up/purchase. Upon arriving, an additional deposit was take internet sales manager, a deposit was placed on the vehicle and date was arranged for pick-up/purchase. Upon arriving, an additional deposit was taken to finalize the deal. We were then told that the deal of $5,000 off of MSRP was a clerical error and that the person that drew up that deal would be dealt with. We were told we would not be getting the car for the price discussed and if we would like to work up a new deal at the "actual price" we were more than welcome to stay and negotiate. Jared the sales manager kept referring to the deal as a mistake and that we "should have known it was an error just looking at it" and that it was too good to be true. The customer service skills of that manager were incredibly poor and low. He was more concerned with saving himself from getting a tongue lashing from his boss for selling a car at that price than he was the customer's satisfaction. Needless to say, we left with our deposit and $50 worth of gas for "our troubles" after driving almost two hours to get there. This doesn't even account for the day off of work that was taken to negotiate this deal. I know that this dealership is still new, but they should get their act together. The only pleasant part of the experience was Tiara our salesperson. More
