This dealership is a rip off. I bought Toyota parts at the parts counter, and they charged almost double the Toyota MSRP for the parts. I have been customer of McGeorge for years. Recently I went for a service and they recommended all 4 tires changed . They quoted me about 1200 dollars which I agreed . Later on they billed me $1400+ and all the deals they had given were all taken out. The representative promised me he would refund me money and since then I have several texts where he said they made an error and I will be refunded but they never did . Later I texted the customer service line and they told me that they would look into and help me out but it has been 4 weeks and no one has said a single word They have gone low in integrity and trust and they have just lost a 14 year customer . I will rather sell my Toyotas but will think twice before I go to them again . Terrible cheating !! More

He said disrespectful things about the other dealer that really turned me off. I wouldn't buy from them even if they gave me a better deal. More
