Very pleased with the service I received today, I had received a recall notice and had difficulty making time for the appointment, McGovern Ford scheduled my F350 at a time that worked out well, started received a recall notice and had difficulty making time for the appointment, McGovern Ford scheduled my F350 at a time that worked out well, started the job upon an early AM arrival, and finished in time for me to get to work at an acceptable time, I couldn't have ask for more....definitely will be using them again. From there, he followed up and completed the repairs in such an incredibly quick time period ( thanks parts) leaving us completely satisfied! After delivering a car to me with a blocked filler tube for the fuel tank… And returning it to be repaired… Once I picked it up and drove it home and tried to put gas in it it still wouldn’t take fuel in t for the fuel tank… And returning it to be repaired… Once I picked it up and drove it home and tried to put gas in it it still wouldn’t take fuel in the gas line and had to be returned to the dealer… The car was not delivered as promised the condition of the car was not as promised and the salesman Frank absolutely was untruthful with me he promised that everything would be right because I could not view the car because it was in the paint shop and it’s on sure what they actually did when it was in the paint shop More
