Let me say that I despise shopping at car dealerships more than pretty much anything else I can think of. The pressure, the tactics, and manipulation have been horrible in so many dealerships. McGovern Ford was the absolute best experience I have ever had car shopping. Justine was the sales professional I dealt with, Josh was the sales manager and Jason was the finance manager. Each of them gets five stars for their part in my purchase. Justine was so kind and patient and answered every question I had with patience and clarity. I felt free to take my time and compare options with no pressure whatsoever. She is by far the best sales person I have ever dealt with! When it was time to negotiate the purchase, there was no back and forth dog & pony show between sales rep and manager and me. Josh, the sales manager, came right over and sat down with Justine and myself and we had a civilized, respectful, enjoyable negotiation. I can’t believe I’m even saying that about buying a car, but it’s true! We ended up at a fair price that I was very happy with, again with no pressure and I was treated with the utmost respect. Working with Jason for financing options was a breeze and again, I was treated with kindness and politeness and felt comfortable every step of the way. From the minute I walked in the door at McGovern I was welcomed and treated very well, like a human being, not a financial target. I am someone who keeps my cars for 10 years just so I don’t have to go through the hassle of car shopping, so this review is saying a lot about this business. Five stars all day long! More

Tim, Rocket and Jason were the best people that I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. Breaking things down so it very easy to understand all of the particulars. This dealership is great from the sale to the delivery. The prices are honest and deals are good. I showed up a day earlier than scheduled to pick up my car. Many things had to be done since the insurance agent dropped the ball. The insurance binder, car prep, registration and inspection sticker. Tom Farrows and another gentleman were fantastic and gave my situation undivided attention to get the delivery done. They got in touch with the insurance agent first since nothing could be completed without their part. Long story short I had my vehicle a short time later complete with registration and sticker. I cannot be more thankful. I highly recommend this dealer for a stress free buying experience. In the future I will look no further than McGovern Ford.
