Unfortunately I had a horrible experience. I went to the dealer for the exact truck I wanted I didn’t need it I wanted it. I wish I had one shipped from TX that was 2nd on my list. Anyways the knob was mi dealer for the exact truck I wanted I didn’t need it I wanted it. I wish I had one shipped from TX that was 2nd on my list. Anyways the knob was missing from the door lock (pretty minor right?). The salesperson said nope can’t be done it was a $4500 job to replace it - $4500!!!! I luckily have a lot of car people in my family, a few clicks later it was $100 part, 2 hours labor. I’m a female but I am not dumb. I confronted him and he said it was then $3500 and it couldn’t be done still. Totally caught him in a lie.. it was pretty sleazy to do. Needless to say it took weeks to get the part because no one ever ordered it after it was “approved” Finally twice at the dealer since both times this salesperson avoided me like the plague because he knows xxxx straight he completely lied to my face. How many other woman has he done this too? Forget about being cautious about Covid they have all sorts of people wearing masks on their chins and I never saw anyone sanitize anything. I don’t know how other McGovern dealers work but this one was a disaster. I’ll never go back and I’ll never refer anyone. If you want a Ford go somewhere else! More

The process for buying my truck was normal. The day I picked it up I was making sure all features worked. I noticed the front camera was not working, so I called the salesman to come out and look. During that call, I mentioned that the windshield had a crack (which I noticed right before he called me, and I immediately pulled over and took a picture of the crack, so it would be timestamped). Service manager did not seem to think fixing the windshield would be a problem. I brought it back a week later to have these problems fixed. Upon bringing it back, I informed them of yet another problem. My taillight was cracked. What a waste of time this trip was. I left work early to go drop it off. Four days later, I went back to pick it up. The part needed to fix the camera was said to be on back order and they refused to fix my windshield. They refused to fix the taillight because it was not considered damaged, yet gave me a price of $1100 to fix it? Screws were left in the car. I have heard nothing back. The salesman has been zero help to me as well. He told me to call my insurance company to have the windshield fixed. On top of this, they didn't even have the truck inspected. By law, there should have been a state inspection. So now, I'm supposed to pay to get it inspected and have my insurance company fix the windshield. I paid almost $40,000 for this truck. I went an hour out of my way to buy this truck. The general manager has yet to call me back after I left several messages. This is horrible customer service. My brother in law was looking to buy a similar truck, and I recommended he not use McGovern. Their loss. More
Bought my daughters first car here and the sale man ( rocket) was outstanding, made the car shopping experience wonderful. I would definitely get another car at this location.
