I own a 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid. It’s done well for me, but parts are getting hard to find. Framingham Ford (FF) has done a great job with the routine maintenance. And recently, when the AC failed, FF but parts are getting hard to find. Framingham Ford (FF) has done a great job with the routine maintenance. And recently, when the AC failed, FF scoured the country for parts. While they had my car they gave me a loaner car. And the final bill for the AC repair was far lower than the initial estimate. To top it off, now that the exhaust system—after 15 years—-shows signs of a leak, they suggested I get the work done elsewhere because it would be far cheaper. Wow. I’m very pleased with dealership.
