Salesmen are accommodating and a pleasure to work with I met Josh about a month ago when I went into Framingham Ford to look at the MKZ. Gorgeous, but It was a little bit out of my price range so I went h I met Josh about a month ago when I went into Framingham Ford to look at the MKZ. Gorgeous, but It was a little bit out of my price range so I went home, did a bit of research and landed on the Ford Fusion. A few weeks later, I found a 2015 Fusion Titanium listed online, in their used inventory. I made an appointment with Josh Lipoff for the following Saturday and I loved the car. It had to be less than 2.5 hours from when I arrived for a test drive - He answered all of my questions about the Fusion, got my car appraised, took it as trade, got me financed, switched the registration, and sent me home with a full tank of gas in my new car! The whole experience was such a breeze. I live on the North Shore with a Ford dealer in my hometown but I will travel to Framingham every time, because they really do put the customer first. More

If I had questions he would even answer them via text which made things easier to make decisions on my part. I find they came in more then fair with other competitors I visited and I didn't need to haggle back and forth. I would definitely come back to Framingham Ford when my car is up for trade and certainly would use Mike Carroll again without a doubt! More

Low pressure, personalized touch I purchased a used Toyota from Bob Quinton at Framingham Ford in July 2016. The whole process was lower pressure and as seamless as could be. They had a decidedly more personal touch than the mega chain dealers. Bob was very patient and accommodating. We came to an agreement for a fair price on Sunday. I went back Tuesday morning and Bob and I drove to my wife's office to show her the car. After my wife gave the car a thumbs up I went through the paperwork with the Business Manager who was also pleasant and competent. Bob put the car through the shop Tuesday to fix a minor issue with the brakes. When I came back the car wasn't ready because of a fax issue with my insurance company. I settled into the comfortable showroom and got some work done on the complimentary wifi. I drove the car home Tuesday night as promised. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to prep the vehicle for deliver. Framingham Ford was great to deal with and I will likely be back when it's time for a new vehicle. More
