Salesperson...sole reason for buying car I recently purchased a used 2013 Lincoln MKX from Orlando Rodriquez. I did my "homework" and found another "like" car at a different dealer but took heed in what Orlando said about an auto being "certified" (which was one of the determining factors for my buying from Framingham Ford) but also how Orlando went over and above what you would think a "typical car salesperson" would do. Easy process I had been searching for a good used car with low mileage and heated/cooled seats. Because I was trading in my leased vehicle. I saw my car, 2009 MKZ I had been searching for a good used car with low mileage and heated/cooled seats. Because I was trading in my leased vehicle. I saw my car, 2009 MKZ AWD, on-line. Emailed the dealer to check availability and came in the next day to look at it. Unfortunately the car was in the body shop to fix the front bumper. I test drove a similar vehicle so I could get a feel for it. I bought the car sight unseen. Once the car was out of the shop I came down and picked up. The finance dept did all the leg work before I came back so it was painless. The paper work was ready for final signatures. The monthly payment was where I needed it to be and no surprises. I was a happy man! I drove the car for a week and then the sunroof broke, there was a burning smell, and the headlights needed to be adjusted. Framingham Ford Lincoln stood behind the car they sold me. I thought it was going to be a pain but no. They scheduled a time with me to bring the car back, gave me a loaner while they fixed everything under warranty! Very professional from the sales team to the service team. Overall great experience. Wish it went as smooth when I leased the first car but that's another story. More
