It's always dissapointing to find out that we lost a potential sale because of not being attentive to the customers needs, I will use this as a training lesson for my staff. I do agree that we mishandeled your inquiry, and I am sorry that it upset you. The employee you speak of has been spoken to and realizes the mistakes he made and will correct them in the future. As you can see from other reviews,that employee has a very good reputation in the business and most of our customers have been extremely happy doing business with him and our entire team.
