McGovern Subaru of Acton proved to be professional, courteous, and efficient. After doing a bit of research I knew what type of vehicle I was looking for. They had a 2024 Subaru Ascent Onyx Edition in courteous, and efficient. After doing a bit of research I knew what type of vehicle I was looking for. They had a 2024 Subaru Ascent Onyx Edition in their inventory. Max, my sales associate, assisted me in a test drive illustrating various features of the car. Once I made the decision to buy, he walked me through the purchasing process answering all my questions along the way. I initially visited Mcgovern Subaru on a Friday and drove my new Ascent home the following Monday. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase anything I did not want. The gentleman (sorry, your name escapes me), who assisted in the actual payment and warranties piece was also extremely helpful and courteous. The Insurance process took longer than expected and Mcgovern's Inspection person stayed a few minutes late to ensure my inspection was completed which enabled to take the vehicle home that day. I appreciate all of the effort made by these 3 individuals and look forward to having my regular service done by Mcgovern as well. I would and will definitely recommend Mcgovern Subaru to family, friends, and work associates. I am loving my new Ascent. The visibility, safety features, and comfort are amazing.
