We contacted McGovern Subaru regarding a used car and via text made an appointment to come in the next day at 11:30. Not 10 minutes later we got a call to see if we still planned to come in. Odd. We showed up at 11:30. Nobody or the car were ready. We waited 49 minutes for someone in an isolated back office. And this was just the beginning of a lack of regard for our time. We ended up trying 6 cars. 3 y salespeople and 2 managers. Despite this we decided to proceed. We were told to wait for giance. After 30 minutes we asked how much longer and were surprised when we were told 45 minutes. We scheduled a 3:15 pm meeting Monday. Meanwhile we got an email asking if we wanted to reschedule since we didn’t come in. They never checked us in. We arrived Monday and again waited 60 minutes for finance. The car wasn’t ready for us either. When we declined extra warranties the guy demeaningly implied we didn’t buy cars and questioned our decision. The next day the car continued to be delayed until 7 PM. In fairness our last salesman Marc did fine. So the communication was awful. We continue to get emails asking if we still want to come in.
