There will be no opportunity to turn this around. We drove to South Bay, no BS and no interest and a great selection. I should have known better. Last September your service dept had my car and called to say the air filter needed changing. I declined but when my husband checked it that evening the dust on the cover had not even been disturbed and the filter was not dirty. I really wonder if I would have actually gotten an air filter if I said yes? #nevermckenna
