Thank you for your review. We always listen to our customer's and strive to give the best service possible. The doc fee is a fee that is assessed by similar document processing fees in our area and continuously reviewed to make sure we are in line with the operating expenses of the business. Each dealer has a document processing fee and it is included in our ads when it says, "plus dealer fees, tax and title." This fee is to help with the cost of processing the paperwork and other fees charged to dealers. Please reach out to us with any questions you have with the document processing fee, and we would be more than happy to help answer any concerns.
