Mr. Joe Scott You have my email address. You have my telephone number. You have my street address. You could have even responded to some of my emails, texts, and phone calls to you over the last several months as well as emails, texts, and phone calls to many others including Lithia Cares/Lithia Motors, your parent company. And I filed complaints that received no response. To blithely disregard my concerns that your company has done considerable damage to my Jeep in negligence while in your care is not a responsible way to do business and is a discourtesy to me whom you have cost considerable time and money. To wish me “safe travels” when you have done so much damage to my Jeep is rather sarcastic and not appreciated. What I would appreciate is a true, good faith, attempt to fix this situation and completely repair the damages your company caused to my Jeep. And, I hope too, that this sends a message out to all prospective service customers. You’re doing this to me, who’s next?
