I bought a 2025 Escalade here, and I am surprised by how poor my experience has been given the many positive reviews posted about this dealership. While the purchase paperwork itself was smooth, serious pro poor my experience has been given the many positive reviews posted about this dealership. While the purchase paperwork itself was smooth, serious problems with the vehicle were apparent right away. In addition to the car being delivered without being cleaned or detailed (papers and trash in seat pockets and stickers on the paint I am hesitant to remove due to possible damage ) I discovered significant prior paint issues and related repair work that the dealership must have done which requires correction, presumably at my own expense since the sales rep or management will not return calls or emails. None of these issues had been disclosed to me at the time of sale, in fact the opposite. Despite sending detailed communication with pictures, I have not received any response from dealership management or sales personnel. No one has called me back, and no effort has been made to address these issues. Post-sale service and accountability have been completely lacking. At this point I would not recommend buying or servicing here. I get that issues can happen, including missed communications, but to then continue to not respond suggests this is more than just an oversight. More
