I did tell her I wanted to swap and keep the ones that had which are my original ones. She agreed and said that we will make that appointment for the swap. Come Tuesday it wasn’t the case anymore. They wanted both sets of wheels and changed how they did my appraisal. I thought on there and it was very unprofessional because swap means to trade to give to give.
