No surprise Mercedes-Benz of Anchorage has such great reviews as I had the pleasure of dealing with AJ Britton, The General Manager of this dealership on a car lease. He is an absolute all-star. Goes so far above and beyond to try and make a customer happy and it is quite obvious he is 100% genuine in his service. You can just tell he is in the position he is in because he knows how to connect with customers and earn their business. I am from out of town and I am shipping my car from this dealer to the mainland and that did not deter AJ one bit from trying to make a very fair deal to earn my business. Most MB dealers will not go through this much effort for an out of state customer who will not use their dealership for service, etc and possibly will not be a loyal retun customer. Not AJ, he treated me just as well as if I were a local customer who walked into the dealership. Absolutely amazing, Ernie the service manager was such a pleasure to work with, we went in for a routine oil change and he and his staff took care of that and found two other issues and repaired them under pleasure to work with, we went in for a routine oil change and he and his staff took care of that and found two other issues and repaired them under warranty in the same time frame that he had quoted for the oil change. I have never had this kind of service at any dealership, making the appointment was easy and the service department started work immediately after doing an inspection walk through, the service technician sent us the video, we couldn’t have asked for anything more.
