I've been here for two service visits and each time, both dropping off and picking up, it takes quite a while to speak to a rep. Leave yourself 60-90 minutes to get anything done. Meanwhile, lots of other employees are walking around and chatting, and seem to be oblivious to customers. It's aggravating that they don't have the consciousness to be more attuned to wait times. Not everyone is on the same casual schedule that they evidently are on. More
Friendly staff, but left with issues My husband Took a day off work to bring my car for service (oil leak) and left with a bigger problem. (Came home to a huge puddle of oil) I then Took a day off of work and brought my vehicle to cherry hill who fixed the problem but could not provide me with a loaner. I called both managers and then never heard back. This was very frustrating and I feel that the problem could have been resolved at the first visit to AC. More
