Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with the entire team from sales to the service department. I bought a 2020 GLE 350 and paid cash for it and the same day, I noticed some minor issues in the v entire team from sales to the service department. Made an appointment with the service team, and I was told that the factory warranty had expired and I needed to pay out-of-pocket. Which was not true and they were not willing to assist me and I didn’t receive any email or notification that the factory warranty had expired and then three days later I received an email that the factory warranty had expired. So please be fair warned do not visit this dealership as they were not willing to assist or accommodate in any form or fashion. More

They grossly overestimate repair of Calabasas keeps disappearing, so I’m posting it again. I strongly advise against using their service department. They grossly overestimate repair costs—by as much as ten times. After a minor accident, they quoted me around $22,000 in repairs. However, when my insurance inspector reviewed the car, it turned out that the parts they claimed needed replacement were actually fine, and the total legitimate cost was only $3,200. This dealership appears to inflate repair estimates to make extra profit. If you need service or repairs, avoid this dealership. More
