Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, This guy should be fired on the spot. It just shows how terrible Auto nation is as a whole.

Michael Mueller understood my needs and was able to help me make a purchase with no headaches. Michael is the person to speak with at the dealership when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. Overall everyone was friendly and NOT overbearing. This is the way a car purchase should be.

I decided I wanted a "Big Boy Toy" a red MB 550 SL. We have a friend who leases his MB from Delray, so we asked him to introduce us.
We went together on Friday May 17th. Was greeted warmly by sales Manger Harry Sugerman. I asked for the red car. They had one in stock.
We saw the car and approved. And we sat down to sign countless papers for the two year lease.
At the very end, I was presented with extra charge service agreements. THIS WAS ALMOST THE DEAL BREAKER.
I have purchase or leased more than 12 MB cars in NJ, and never saw this! But I accepted an abbreviated version of the agreement. But not
happily.

On Monday, the 13th of May, we picked up the car. The sales person, Mr. Jm Abitol was extremely nice, and patient.
He spent more than two hours explaining all the new engineering of the car, and setting the controls.
The next day he called, and asked me to return, and he patiently spent another two hours with me.

So Mr. Jim Abitol is super terrific. A very nice man, who knows how to service his customer.
I will return again for more instruction. This car needs an engineering degree. Very complex. but Jim will help solve it.

Deal was smooth, salesman was great, the general manager took a personal interest in my deal, and the delivery was smooth as one could imagine. Did I mention the car was detailed to give me a new car experience. I will be buying my next car from Carlos as soon as I recover from my recent purchase, My wife will keep her eye out for her car soon.

Carlos Molina at the Mercedes Benz dealer of Delray Beach, was an exceptional sales personnel. He was patient, and thorough with details of every car we viewed. We purchased a C350, and we love it. I would recommend anyone to do business with Carlos. We definitely will be going back in the future.
