We recently paid $70,000 cash for a new Sprinter Van. We have documentation of dealer agreeing to pay for the Van license plate. We made numerous attempts to resolve this situation. We have contacted Cody, the Sales Manager and have called to speak to the General Manager. Left a message with the General Manager and are still waiting for a call back after more than a week. Apparently, dealer does not hold up to promises made on contract documents. I do not recommend this dealership. More

The salesman are rude and dirty and underhanded. They are greedy and unwilling to do what it takes to help a customer including purposely selling a vehicle to someone else the day before the vehicle They are greedy and unwilling to do what it takes to help a customer including purposely selling a vehicle to someone else the day before the vehicle is to be sent to another dealership in their Network to be sold to someone else because as the salesman said he "wasn't going to let it go and let someone else sell that truck he was selling it himself". Bad customer service no one returns your calls or emails and no one cares to do anything to rectify the situation I would give it zero Stars if I could. My advice, go somewhere else. More
