Mercedes-Benz Gainesville always goes above and beyond on the service they provide. I recently brought in my non-mercedes vehicle for regular oil change services and they noticed where I had my window fixed the service they provide. I recently brought in my non-mercedes vehicle for regular oil change services and they noticed where I had my window fixed by another service provider who did not fully complete the job by removing the glue from the tape I had used to hold my window and Mercedes-Benz Gainesville courteously had their technician remove it for me. Mercedes-Benz Gainesville always runs my car through the wash and interior detail service before returning it to me. Thanks MB-G for the many years of wonderful service. More
Relationships are important in any business. I have known Dillon Hastie for years. The customer service he provides is the reason I still bring my Jeep to a dealership that used to be Mercedes/Jeep but split Dillon Hastie for years. The customer service he provides is the reason I still bring my Jeep to a dealership that used to be Mercedes/Jeep but split off. It makes sense for Mercedes-Benz mechanics to be competent and they are here. The dealership provides me with rides to and from my house or gives me a loaner if my car will be in the shop for a couple of days. Customer service does not get any better. More
It´s a Mercedes dealership and it holds up to that, of course... the lighting, decoration and cleanliness of the entire facilities, the amenities, and of course the products and materials used. What makes this dealership different are the people, especially ones like Dillon Hastie. I have had plenty of experience with "service" personnel of car dealers, from GM, Renault, VW, and Toyota to other MB dealers, but none as superb as Dillon Hastie. Dillon Hastie is knowledgeable, hard working, efficient and friendly, but more than that he has special communication skills that make you trust and feel good about the mechanics/services performed on your car, unlike other service managers that leave you doubting about being cheated and robbed! Not only does Dillon know all the technical-mechanical stuff and the organization-administrative in and outs of the dealership, but he also takes the time to know your particular car as well as you; all that coupled with his clear explanations and transparent recommendations, along with his ability to treat people of all walks of life, makes him the best service manager ever. In conclusion, Dillon Hastie is an excellent bridge between the technicians/mechanics/office staff and the customer. He is an excellent representative of the MB brand. There is no other like him... which is probably why I always see him so busy, but thankfully he is very organized and efficient, and with a smile on his face ... and hopefully he is rewarded in accordance! first I got an estimate to fix a leak in the power steering for $375, then after the car was in the work shop they called and said something else needed to be fixed for $320, after I agreed , they cal steering for $375, then after the car was in the work shop they called and said something else needed to be fixed for $320, after I agreed , they called again saying the first estimate was wrong, they put the wrong part in the estimate and now the $375 changed into $720, and the part needed is not in store and I have to wait till tommorrow for the part to come in . it seems that as I accepted the $375, they said lets ask for $320 more and as I accepted that they said lets push it further to $1100!!. is there any limit to your greed? More
I would be wonderful if this dealership had a branch in Ocala or the Villages. I realize that they will accomodate their customers by picking up the autos, but it would be nice to be able to stop by for e Ocala or the Villages.
