I love my car. The problem is that I have to take it there for service. I just left from my pre-scheduled oil change without an oil change! After waiting an hour, I was told they couldn’t do the oil change because they didn’t have my filter in stock. If I make the time to drive there and wait, I expect the dealer will at least have the parts instead of wasting my entire morning. ********************** I edited my review because the manager called me directly and immediately picked up my car and brought it in for the service it needed. He was very apologetic and gave me the service you expect with a Mercedes. More
