I have always had a theory in life that maybe people treat you in the manner they do maybe because they are having a bad day but these folks have a new twist in being rude. The service manager who happens to be a lady (for being polite I use the term) was at best a liar, condescending and very much not fit for the job. I don't know why Mercedes of Knoxville appointed a Dracula in charge of the blood bank. I had another Mercedes and sold it and I had had a bad experience with them before and I thought maybe they are just too overwhelmed but I own a business and we are extremely upfront with cost and write down all our conversations so that we remember what we said but both the service adviser as well as the manager were super rude and not remembering what they told the customer. There is more to the story but I won't bore you but if you do a Google search you will find a mechanic less than three miles away from them that I found them on the internet and after telling them what happened at Mercedes Jarek the father and Mike the son simultaneously said that Mercedes Benz Dealership is their best advertiser and with that said I have nothing else to say. I have been bringing my car to these folks a few times and they are as honest and upfront as I have ever seen.
