Think about this they sell hundreds of cars a month here if not more. Satisfied clients don't leave reviews only bitter people. So over the years they have sold thousands of cars and yet only have a few bad reviews. I'd say the dealer is doing a great job. I recently purcaased a new van and my experience was good. Marius was the sales person and because I needed to get the van on the business there were a lot of issues. Marius spent two hours out of his time to fix all these issues including helping me retrieve tax documents that indicate I am the business owner. He used his computer to track down all the information that was my job to have available for him. Instead of saying come back when you have all this information he spent a lot of time tracking it all down and helped me get approved at an interest rate of 2.99%. That is the best you can do for a business. Needs less to say if your in the market for a new car, go find Marius Dediu and he will take care of you. I don't haggle with prices because I just needed a car yet he still game me a $5000 rebate I didn't even ask for. Thanks again Marius!! More

I brought the vehicle in without an appointment to have someone look at it. Eval done in 10 minutes. Car repaired 3 days later. ONLY charged me for the part. NO CHARGE FOR LABOR! Not once did I feel pressured to buy a car that I wasn't 100% sure about and that is something rare with car dealerships. There was absolutely no pressure to buy whatsoever. I had been pre approved through my credit union but the finance manager, John MacFarlane, negotiated an even better rate with my credit union. He did not have to do that. What an awesome bonus. I cannot speak highly enough about Mark, John and Kyle. I would most definitely recommend MB Lynnwood to anyone. They have changed the car buying process. It really was a very pleasant experience. More

DISGRACEFUL, UNETHICAL, ABSURD My experience with Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood spans many negative emotions ranging from a new car purchase that went terribly wrong to a formal complai My experience with Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood spans many negative emotions ranging from a new car purchase that went terribly wrong to a formal complaint to the MBUSA corporate and Attorney General Office. They are quite capable of falsifying the truth and making stuff up to cover up their pitiful failure to act as a responsible and ethical dealership representing a world-trusted brand. Here is one example. I recently booked a service appointment with Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood. My request was comprised of a 5,000-mile factory service requirements and some warranty work for my vehicle which I purchased from Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood. A day prior to my appointment, I received a phone call from Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood advising me that their management left a note in my service records stating that I MUST BE DENIED GETTING ANY WORK DONE BY THE DEALERSHIP. The dealership employee told me that “this has something to do with a sales issue in the past”, but he hesitated to provide any further explanations. I was completely SHOCKED and APPALLED with how Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood treated me as their customer. I have had no idea as to what the “sales issue” was being implied. The true grounds behind the dealership’s unfair treatment remain unknown to me. Due to a potential d.scriminating nature of the issue in question, I took the matter to the Attorney General's Office (AGO). In their response to the AGO, Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood has taken the unethical approach and made groundless accusations blaming me for comments I have never made, and actions I have never undertaken. They tried to cover up the entire story by telling the AGO that I booked a “checking wheel” appointment, and that they do not provide such a service, hence the refusal. The rest of their response to the AGO was a false representation of facts, further damaging their reputation as a Mercedes-Benz dealership. In addition, by unfairly denying the warranty work on my vehicle, Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood have broken the law and violated their franchise agreement with MBUSA. They quickly realized that they are running at risk of getting into a difficult conversation with the corporate, and as expected they are now telling the AGO and MBUSA that they never denied providing warranty work. In summary, the WHOLE EXPERIENCE WITH MERCEDES-BENZ OF LYNNWOOD WAS SIMILAR TO DEALING WITH A BUNCH OF IMMATURE AND ABSURD PEOPLE who do whatever they can to leave a long-lasting bad taste in the Mercedes-Benz customer experience. I urge all potential customers to be ready to face with the ugly attitude and unacceptable behavior that Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood may exhibit with the others.
