The dealer's facility is about 15 miles from my home. My loyalty is principally the result of the quality and the continuity of the personnel from both sales and services that I,ve worked with (same sales person and same service advisorfor the last 11 yyears). My satisfaction has been reinforced by the upgraded facilities and services provided since the dealer became part of Herb Chambers group. More

I left the car for 3.5 hours for a simple safety recall appt. I arranged to be picked up and dropped off by a friend. The car was serviced but not washed as promised. A call to me to say the car would not be ready by the time promised would have lessened my dissatisfaction. On weekends, it's impossible to get the car washed. Herb, don't claim to give a service that you can't deliver. More

I had a problem with my car. I called and spoke to Dan Bolton (Service Mgr). He was able to resolve my problem the same day with very short notice. Diagnosis made by service, and advised not to travel on trip without functional defroster system. Since traveling for app week and departing the next morning, and needed space, Aubrey Makham immediately suggested to provided high quality service car for the trip. MB G series automobile was arranged for my trip. The entire service process was efficient, considerate, problem solving, and given in the highest professional manner. More

Within hours I received a call from Steve Boston who was on a day off along with the assistance of Fred Romsey and Tom Bolton that they solved my problem which was a costly part that was no longer under warranty.The attention I received with my problem was extraordinary. I've dealt with Steve Boston and the staff at the Natick dealership several times in the past and they always make you feel like your family. I would recommand this dealership to anyone. Where else could you go to get an oil change that takes more than 2 hours? Reps don't care about u. They just want to sell u unnessesary services. What a complete waste of time and money. For Mercedes the building itself seemed more fit for a Chevy's dealership. Crappy waiting areas and interior. No one EVER greeted me first. Always had to chase someone to ask anythig at all. The place is NOT busy at all. Lots of jokes and chattings going around between employees. Frankly have been to toyota dealerships and had a more pleasent experience. ThoU all dealerships overcharge their services anyway. If u r gonna ask me to pay $350 for an oil change and some light checking on the vehicle that any local shop can do, at least give me a nice place to wait and some smiles wouldn't hurt either. More
