I own an 06 E350 and a '12 GLK and overtime I need to get my cars in for their Service Plan, Ben lis I have to rave about Ben Marler and his service. I own an 06 E350 and a '12 GLK and overtime I need to get my cars in for their Service Plan, Ben listens to my concerns about any issue I might be having and is very thorough to find me an answer and get my problem solved. He makes sure my cars are spotless at pickup and my service is timely and tries to save me money when possible, especially on my older E350. I really appreciate him and I am so thankful he is my service rep. My mom also has a GLK and I recommended she switch Service reps to have Ben Marler. He is such a nice guy and very personable. I highly recommend Ben. He is honest and is very respectful. More

He gives me the overall verdict in a very clear, concise manner, that leaves nothing to guess. Each time the car has been serviced (which by the way is very little-routine maintenance) since it was purchased, it always comes back spotlessly clean, inside and out. Josh Collins has always been approachable, making me feel comfortable, educating and answering any and all questions that I do or might have with a very pleasant informative demeanor. I highly recommend Josh Collins as any individual's contact in service at the OKC MB Dealership as well as this A+ dealership for it's top class sales and service. More

On a couple of occasions I have come in without an appointment due to a check engine light and each time Ben has been able to accommadate me. It is like visiting family when I come in to the dealership. I would not consider taking my S65 anywhere else for service! More
