I had to walk over to a sales person to ask for help in dealing with this situation because Caiya Davis was very dismissive and gave me a lack of information pertaining to my vehicles repairs and warranties. My car went in for a scheduled routine serve B, which was completed in 2 days. After it sat at the dealership for nearly 3 months waiting for the windshield wiper motor to be replaced which was found during completed in 2 days. There was no communication with me unless I constantly called to check on the status. I was met with attitude and rushed off with no answer or update each time. They could not even provide me with a comparable loaner and 3 months without my truck with a child is a big inconvenience. They did not seem to care or have any concern. It was not until I called corporate to get answers that I was taken somewhat seriously. Corporate decided to grant me a good will payment to cover my car payment for 2 months which went to the dealership and I never saw. I questioned the dealership and was told they have nothing to do with corporate and I would have to deal with them. Just one run around after the other it seems like. More
