Setting up my service appointment was easy and efficient. Service was completed on time as promised and check out/loaner return also quick. MB of Pompano is far better than MB of Ft. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had from a car dealership in my life. From the lady that answers the phone - Iliana who is extremely rude to the service advisors that don’t give anyone updates on dealership in my life. Had my car go in for routine maintenance, took them a WEEK and it’s still not done. A week to do routine maintenance. No calls back, no updates, this place is an absolute joke. There is 0 professionalism, 0 accountability, and 0 leadership at this dealership. Paying 100k + for a vehicle and getting the service of a shady car dealer in the Bronx is not how business should be conducted. More
