I spent over 38 years in upper management,part of that partners in new car dealerships, and owned my own. I've been retired for about 7 years. His intuition told him we really like the black C350 on the floor, he invited us to sit in it to show us the sound system and other special features. He had already taken us on a test drive of a C300 which we liked, Richard said "Let's see what we can do to get you in this car". He did it. His explanations and direction on operating all the options was terrific, there was so much to learn, he made it simple and fun. Who'd think an old car guy would have a great experience buying a car! Dale was terrific. Very friendly and worked well with me when I would contact him at all hours. It is difficult to find a Mercedes Convertible and he was on it searching and contacting until we found what when I would contact him at all hours.
