Came to the dealership due to an issue with Mercedes app that was set up at another dealership. Richards was very friendly, found out a problem, wrong email was attached, helped to fix it. Exceptional Cu7stomer Service and communication. Not a big fan of the Loaner Policy as my car that was being serviced/diagnosed is a Mercedes, just not purchased at the dealership.
