No hard sales tactics or being pushy etc. Had great respect for my time.. I could not have expected this whole process to be any better (other than them giving the vehicle for free, which i am sure Frank could have done if he really really wanted to -:)) Frank was very responsive and I always felt he and all of the associates at the dealership, treated me like family (the good kind) and did whatever they could to get me the best deal possible while ensuring my happiness and satisfaction was at the highest level.
