We had a really nice experience at MB of Rocklin. Although we weren’t purchasing one of their luxury cars we were still treated with great Customer service. 0 stars if I can give. Poor experience all round. They made mistakes on my DMV paperwork, they missed the delivery date once, they forgot to fill DMV licence plate paperwo Poor experience all round. They made mistakes on my DMV paperwork, they missed the delivery date once, they forgot to fill DMV licence plate paperwork. I had to remind them and followup just before my temp license plate was about to expire. Car had a missing part on front bumper. I told the salesguy since day 1 to give me the part. He kept lying to me about part being unavailable. I asked him to order it and send me the purchase order. He kept misguiding me about this part situation. After 5 months I still dont have that part. Pure FALSE PROMISES, UTTER LIES, UNPROFESSIONALISM from everyone I interacted from this Rocklin showroom. Would never put my foot there again. More
