Smithtown Mercedes used to be the pinnacle place for quality. Ever since covid the level of customer service has declined exponentially. I had my car serviced there and the service tech full out lied quality. Ever since covid the level of customer service has declined exponentially. I had my car serviced there and the service tech full out lied to inflate the bill and made up services and part replacements that were never completed , costing me thousands. While under their care my car was treated like garbage, it was returned with scratches, dings and damaged interior parts. NO one wanted to take accountability, the service manager Rich Werner promised to eternity to correct the problems which to this day has still yet to be done. I made an awful mistake of bringing the vehicle in yesterday, when I called service they never indicated a delay in service or that it would take over a week to even look at the vehicle. When I spoke to the service advisor Ray Davino he had an attitude like he was doing me a favor even having the vehicle there. Then exclaimed he needed to have his manager Rich Werner call me because this was way above his pay grade. (EXACT WORDS). When Rich phoned me it quickly went from being nice to another rotten attitude, When asked what was going on at Smithtown Mercedes with the decline in customer service he chose to bark, "get a tow truck or come get your car and go to another Mercedes place to have it fixed and get the same treatment from them" Am I having a stroke in slow motion? is this how you talk to a customer who's entire family has purchased vehicles from this dealership, a customer who is about to purchase a new car next month? I am at a complete and utter loss of words and can only warn anyone reading this.... RUN , RUN away from this place... Go buy from a dealership that will appreciate you and value your loyalty.. More

Hello I brought my 2011 E-550 which is in excellent condition garage kept used on Sundays type 40K miles. I had a NYS inspection, oil change done and when I got home put it back in my garage. Th next t condition garage kept used on Sundays type 40K miles. I had a NYS inspection, oil change done and when I got home put it back in my garage. Th next time I went to clean the car I noticed the center caps on my wheels and engine cover insignia scratched and to top it off my wheel locks are missing. So if you have to use them check your car throughly. More

Sophia diBlanda is a consumate professional. She worked with me patiently in explaining things as we went along, and answered questions thoroughly. Car did not have AM radio working and she made the call to get me into service asap to have it fixed and made whole. Hope to see her often as I return to have my car serviced in the future years. Had a great experience the friendly sales staff (Paul) the general personnel were attentive and respectful. My wife loves her new Mercedes SUV.
