I purchased a used Infiniti g37 and my experience with it, this dealership and the service team has been so confusing and so draining. At first the car had no issues. Then after some heavy rain a lot o it, this dealership and the service team has been so confusing and so draining. At first the car had no issues. Then after some heavy rain a lot of issues that showed up that should be covered by warranty. Not to mention other issues with the car started to show up after purchasing that also should be covered by warranty. This is expected with used cars I get it, the headache comes from dealing with service and sales. It seems like there is no way to directly deal with service, or any other autonation dealership. They recommend that I deal only with Mercedes Benz of Stevens creek even though the warranty that came with the vehicle stipulates that it should be valid autonation-wide. It is so hard to get a hold of anyone in sales management or in upper management to speak with. Repeated calls and text messages over the span of days to be left with ambiguous responses. They sold me a car in 2024, with a certified autonation warranty, but they claim the warranty expired before they sold me the car cause they don’t cover cars over ten years old. However the sales contract specifies the warranty along with the purchase date. This entire establishment lacks professionalism, integrity and honesty. More
