This location has the volume and it was well worth the 3 hour drive to make the deal. Once we found the vehicle we wanted, working with Mark & Julian made it a very easy transaction. They were available when we needed them. We don't buy cars often, but we'll be sure to send our friends their way. And when we do purchase another one, we'll visit them again! More

Awesome Experience! Being from out of town, my wife and I noticed loud noises coming from our engine on the interstate heading back to Orlando. We contacted the closest dealership, which was in Tampa. We were towed back, at no charge, and were able to get our car evaulated with 10 minutes prior to their closing for the day. We were welcomed by Darrell Williams, given a loaner car to enjoy our weekend, and our car was completely repaired and ran better than it has in a long time! All of this happened on Mother's Day Weekend, so I was able to get back to Orlando and enjoy spending time with my Mother. Darrell Williams made our experience an awesome one and wanted to make sure that our weekend wasn't ruined. That's what I call great customer service. More

"My easiest buying experience ever!" My wife and I purchased a 2016 GLC300. I had two trades which I thought would make things difficult. My salesman Antonio Martinez said just get me t My wife and I purchased a 2016 GLC300. I had two trades which I thought would make things difficult. My salesman Antonio Martinez said just get me the VIN numbers and I will get you the figures for your cars ... sight unseen! I was expecting the usual low ball figures for my cars. To my amazement they gave me clean book for them AND when they finally saw the cars they actually gave me more money for them! I was floored. Between the trade allowance and the discount my car shopping was over and we picked up our new vehicle that evening. I also had the pleasure of dealing with the manager Brett Tatum who was nothing but a class guy. To sum things up: Mercedes of Tampa doesn't play the usual dealership games we've all come to expect, they are true professionals. Now if the service department is anyway near as good as the sales team I will be one happy camper! More

Happy customer I just purshased my sixth or seventh Mercedes from Mercedes Benz of Tampa. That in itself is a statement of great satisfaction not necessarily often a I just purshased my sixth or seventh Mercedes from Mercedes Benz of Tampa. That in itself is a statement of great satisfaction not necessarily often associated with automobile dealerships. I'm thrilled with my service advisor, Ellen Tackett. She is a prime reason I'm a satisfied customer. Dealing with a salesperson is an occasional thing but your service advisor is a constant. Not necessarily a frequent but a constant in your relationship with a dealer. Ellen is a large portion of my decision to buy again from Mercedes Benz of Tampa. When I was considering a purchase I even asked her for a recommendation of salesperson. Again she was spot on with her recommendation of Mark Gray. Coupled with Jared White in the financial department and it was a trifecta. Then it was finished off with Jaden Batten teaching me about all the wonderful features in my new S550! My compliments to the management of Mercedes Benz of Tampa for assembling such an outstanding team. More

Finally, results! After going around in circles with a one of the service guys, I had enough! I asked to speak and deal directly with a supervisor. In came Fernando M After going around in circles with a one of the service guys, I had enough! I asked to speak and deal directly with a supervisor. In came Fernando Muñiz to the rescue. Yes, I had to go all the way up to a "supervisor" to have my service issues resolved. Sad but I'm glad it was Fernando who responded and resolved my problem. I brought my vehicle in to have the tailgate looked at AGAIN and finally have it fixed, and to have one of my wheels fixed/repaired under my "wheel protection package". After having the unpleasant experience of having to deal with Darrell W. and his poor customer service and people skills, I'd had enough. My tailgate was finally repaired but my wheel was not. Now, since I had brought it in before for another wheel, I expected no issues. To my surprise, when I got my vehicle back, my wheel had now been painted over grey with what looked like very cheap paint/spray can quality in a desperate attempt to try and match the charcoal grey that was on the other wheels and the vehicle. I'm not sure what surprised me the most, the fact that this quality of work was performed or that they let the vehicle leave their service department in this condition. In my defense, my wife had picked it up and we both did not get a chance to look at the wheel until she arrived home. It was at this point that I requested a supervisor/manager. Fernando came in and not only saved the day but provided the best customer service experience I've ever had at this or any dealership! Thank you Fernando M.!! More
