This was my first experience with this dealer, and the first time in a long time that I bought a used car instead of a new car. All of the "post-purchase" follow up (tag/title transfer, everything with my trade in, etc) was as smooth as the purchase process was for me. The only concern that I had was that the dealership only had one set of keys for my car, so I did have to go to the Acura dealer to buy another set of keys - by the way, not as inexpensive an endeavor as you may think. I do wish that I hadn't had to do that, but again, it was the only inconvenient thing encountered with my purchase and the only reason that I gave the dealer a lower score for customer service. More
