Mark Gray was amazing throughout the process by making himself available to my needs (I live 2 hours away from the dealership) and kept me completely informed. I was presented with multiple options and did not feel I was being forced or pursuased into any agreement, like more car salemans I have dealt with in the past at other dealerships. My first transaction with Mercedes of Tampa was a pleasant experience, and this one was equally as great!! Overall Very very good! Only problem was they couldn't find my fob and I had to wait around about 5 minutes until they located the guy who had it.
