Service average at best Typical of any large dealership. They know they have the only Sprinter franchise besides Crown in St Petersbrug. They are not knowledgeable of the pro Typical of any large dealership. They know they have the only Sprinter franchise besides Crown in St Petersbrug. They are not knowledgeable of the product, made many misstatements prior to sale. The service department is adequate at best. I purchased new 2007 S550, new 2011 GL550, and a new 2017 AMG GLS 63 from Lokey MB in Clearwater, great folks to deal with. More
