Bob is a great guy and good to work with not hesitate to work with him.. Bought my car September 23. After a week i called, they said they were waiting on plates. Called a couple days later then it was work with him.. Bought my car September 23. After a week i called, they said they were waiting on plates. Called a couple days later then it was insurance issue. Three weeks later still waiting on plates.. Frustrating situation to be in since they told a week and they had have plates now I had to push off my vacation cause waiting for my vehicle to be ready.. More

The price was great, the details were spotty and no real pictures of the van were online. I spoke to a couple folks over the phone and it raised more red flags than anything. I drive from RI to NH to speak to someone in person, I dealt with Austin Rush and he sealed the deal. He took all the time I needed, answered every question, broke down all the grave details I asked and stayed in touch or calls back within 30 mins if I miss him since then. Austin’s transparency and candid approach to the transaction is the sole reason I purchased the vehicle. He’s a great asset to the Merchant organization. 10/10 will be back for my next vehicle when the time comes More
