I truly was not as satisfied with Merchants as I was hoping I would be! I thought the amount of pushing that occurred during our time looking for a vehicle was very unprofessional. We were made to feel hoping I would be! I thought the amount of pushing that occurred during our time looking for a vehicle was very unprofessional. We were made to feel like we had no choice to go with the vehicle we did, and it was over our budget that we reminded him about several times. Not only was there issues with the car within an hour of us taking it home, but they weren't in a rush to get it fixed, but as soon as it was called several times to get the loaner car back. They were aware of my work hours from the beginning and with me getting out of work at 6 pm just about every day it'd be difficult to get it back before 6 pm. I did my best and wasn't able to get there until the next day at 5:45, & was called again a few times while I was at work where they know I'm not able to use my cell phone. Overall I think they're too pushy & care more about what's going in their pocket then what we're spending from ours, hard earned money & your family's safety. Very disappointed and once we're finished paying off this car we will absolutely not be returning here for our next family vehicle or for my fiances car next month when he's ready to buy. The entire situation and the way we were talked to/treated when we ATTEMPTED to return the vehicle, well within the proper return time, has rubbed me the wayyy wrong way! I will not be recommending!! More

Mr. Roy was very diligent and determined to find, show and explain my vehicle options. He also was patient when I became anxious and overwhelmed. my worst experience ever sales person was rude and wasted my time and not helpful i was told i was gonna be there hour i was there 4 hours i told them i needed a car with payment not much higher than current my time and not helpful i was told i was gonna be there hour i was there 4 hours i told them i needed a car with payment not much higher than current payment nope it was the opposite they got me approved for 2 times my current payment and i had a trade in they didnt even want it they said i would only need a dime down thats xx they want $1200 or more down the sale person rich was pushy rude and impatient wouldnt explain the whole process with me and sales person rich was getting aggravted when i asked qutestions and was pushy i wont waste my time with merchants there rude pushy and most of all they put u in a car they know u cant afford they sell cars with out warrntys only factory few weeks after getting approved i backed out of deasl andrich sales person was rude they waste my time even though i did application online and still had to wait More
