Oil change/Free inspection I purchased my car from Merchant's. Great experience. Have had 3 oil changes and my most recent included my free car inspection, included in my purcha I purchased my car from Merchant's. Great experience. Have had 3 oil changes and my most recent included my free car inspection, included in my purchase. Amazing! I had the pleasure of having Mike D help me and seriously he was great. No one is trying to sell you anything. They review all of the inspection points when you are checking out. They vacuum, wipe down, and washed my vehicle and I felt like a million bucks for getting that free service. Everyone should be treated like this. Thanks so much....Lisa P More

TERRIBLE customer service in the service department. nothing but a bunch of greedy scam artists. I to get an inspection sticker for my car. Mike Dipetrillo says it will be over an hour (when it should t nothing but a bunch of greedy scam artists. I to get an inspection sticker for my car. Mike Dipetrillo says it will be over an hour (when it should take only 30 mins but ok) after an hour and a half of waiting he comes to say The car failed inspection. He Says our wheels aren’t aligned which we JUST got brand new tires so that’s false. Then he says our left wheel is missing a lugnut which is not possible. I’m assuming they took it off and lost it in order to get our money because again we just got brand new tires and it was on before we got there..and a bunch of other nonsense. The “repairs” in order to pass would be over $1000. We decide to get a second opinion and guess what? It passed inspection right away and was told whoever failed it before was a crook. All they want is your money and will do anything to get it including failing your car on purpose for no reason. RIDICULOUS. Never buying from here again and telling everyone I know. More
Service I bought my vehicle about a year ago. My sales man was great. Even followed up after the sale. As for the service very lacking. Does not communicate o I bought my vehicle about a year ago. Service is above and beyond excellent I would like to thank John in the service dept as well as David in who is the service shop foreman. I have a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I thought w I would like to thank John in the service dept as well as David in who is the service shop foreman. I have a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I thought was a bad bearing or something in the front end that was making a rotational noise. Both individuals took in the vehicle and diagnosed that it was nothing in the front end but an issue with the new tires that I had.They only had 14K miles on them and were rated for 65K miles. After further testing they had told me that the tires are what was making the rotational noise and later that day went to where i purchased the tires and updated them to a new set of tires. The issue is no longer there and happy again that I can enjoy my vehicle once again. I just want to say thanks again to all that were involved in getting this issue diagnosed and very quickly. I would highly recommend this service dept to anyone looking to get the job done right the first time Thanks again. More

Worst Service EVER! I purchased my vehicle from this dealership about a year ago, the Sales team were awesome. The service team? Not so much. I have been in and out of th I purchased my vehicle from this dealership about a year ago, the Sales team were awesome. The service team? Not so much. I have been in and out of this service department more than I've actually been inside of my own car. The service department at Merchants Auto SUCKS. Every single time I bring my car to them, They don't keep me up to date with whats going on with my own car, They would leave me pondering for hours and I would have to call them to see what is going on with my own vehicle. I've became a member with enterprise because of these people. Every single I received my car back from these people, something else went wrong and they keep telling me to bring it back so they can check it out. All they want is your money. They are a SCAM. They don't even know what they're doing. I just had my brakes replaced 2 months ago, brand new ones, brought my car there to get serviced yet again, get it back, now my brakes are messed up.... They replaced a light bulb in the front now my main headlight is out. I'm tired of bringing my car to them just to get it back with more problems. Now I bring it to a REAL dealership who fixes my issues, calls me AND tests me letting me know whats going on with my vehicle and letting me know how long it would take for them to resolve the issue. I would stay away from Merchants Service center. I cannot day it enough, this place SUCKS with service. More
A dealership that 'over-extends' itself!! On my way to work, I realized that my headlight(s) were not functioning. I pulled over, called the dealership and was advised to come right over! I arrived in ten minutes, checked in with Mike DePetrillo, service consultant. He's a conscientious and caring employee who took my information, was able to provided a shuttle to my employer and sent me on my way. Important to note, all this took place in 23 minutes -- arriving to work on time and knowing my car will be cared for/repaired by end of the day. I've always been pleased with the services, both mechanical and customer, and cannot say enough about this dealership. More

I purchased this vehicle on Oct 8 2018 I noticed the door seal was torn and I asked to have that repaired prior to my purchase I was assured it would be without any trouble ,however it took the service department three trips to order the correct one. Which meant added mileage in my new vehicle because I live in Franklin. Courtney knew how frustrated I was so she took it upon herself to double check the order and to also hand pick the techniction to perform the work she even called me a heads of the scheduled appointment (3rd) one to tell me she checked and It was the correct one ... Finally it was done but it was not done properly as they seemed it on the foot and not the doors edge ...but after3 trios to hooksette I was done ... More
