My family has owned 4 hyundais, all purchased from Meriden Hyundai. We have had 2 sonatas, one elantra and 1 santa fe. We still own 3 hyundais, 2 of which have over 160,000 miles. When buying the cars we were given the best possible price up front....no "got to talk to the manager" deal. I do my research on consumer reports and KBB and know how much I should be paying for a car. As far as the service goes, you can't find a better service dept in CT. I am 57 years old and have purchased many cars from many dealerships. Kathy Cruz is the most knowledgeable service advisor I have ever dealt with. If for some reason she cannot answer a question she is quick to research and get back with an answer. Although the entire service dept is very good, I always ask for Kathy when I need to bring my car in. More
I love this dealership. From Kathy Cruz and all the guys in service, to Mike Russo in sales, and Jesus in finance. They make it easy to buy and service a car. When I have a problem, it is always bring it right in, and if they need to keep my car for work, they are always so accomodating with a loaner car. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
Meriden Hyundai is the worst of the worst of Hyundai dealerships in CT. Lea Hyundai of Hartford is next in line. The first problem is that they don't even answer their phone in the serivce department and instead you are forwarded to a voicemail almost everytime. Don't bother leaving a message because you'll never hear back from them. When I spent $26k on a ne Sonata last year I expected much more. I should have know that the car and company were too good to be true. Great warranty coverage but what good is it if you cannot get the reapairs and recalls performed??????? I am not forced to drive 45 minutes away to Key Hyundai in Vernon to get service performed on my vehicle More
