We used the pick up and drop off service for our truck to get services. They picked up our truck at 9am and had dropped back off 11:30am . Traded in my truck for a new truck at Metro Ford. I had found the truck online, when I went to look at the truck in person they had it pulled to the front and ready to go. I scheduled an oil change for my 2015 Ford Fusion, having my daughter take it in, leaving both mine and my daughter's phone number in the appointment. When she got there, she was told that they were backed my daughter take it in, leaving both mine and my daughter's phone number in the appointment. When she got there, she was told that they were backed up and it would probably be a couple of hours. They confirmed that she would be waiting for the car, but then never got back to tell her what was done, what needed to be done, or if it was done. After 2 hours, I got a call, even though I had informed them when I made the appointment it would be my daughter waiting, and had provided my daughter's phone number. The "Service Advisor" never went to check on my daughter, even though he had been told she was waiting. When my daughter went to the front desk, she was told it had been waiting/complete for approximately 1/2 hour. The woman then took my daughter to the Cashier, where she paid. The "Service Advisor" said that he left a VM on the phone listed (when I checked my phone, there was no VM), however, why would he do that, when they had CONFIRMED she was waiting on the car in the WAITING AREA? More
