After purchase, service is horrible I had 1 question and 2 simple requests for Toyota Financial Services and Michael's Toyota of Bellevue. I recently got married and had a change of last I had 1 question and 2 simple requests for Toyota Financial Services and Michael's Toyota of Bellevue. I recently got married and had a change of last name. 1) I wanted to change my last name on my contract and update my address. 2) I also wanted to know if my husband, then fiance, is on my contract as we went together to purchase the brand new vehicle. 3) Finally, a copy of my contract as I recently moved and I could not locate my contract for record purposes. I called Michael's Toyota of Bellevue at (425) 455-9500 on Sunday, 06/19/2016 at 4.54pm PST. I was told to contact Toyota Financial Services on Monday at 1800 874 8822. I then called TFS the next day at 3.01pm PST and was on hold for 18 minutes, not including the time to make the selection to speak to a human being. I got a customer service rep on the line and the moment I opened my mouth and said I had a last name change, she immediately cut me and told me to contact Toyota Dealership where I purchased the vehicle. That pushed all the buttons. After I insisted that someone has to give me solution rather than pushing me around, she put me on hold and when she came back, she said she is sending a document for me to fill up and mail her back and they can get the name change done. If she had let me finish, I would have informed her that there was a change of address as well. And when I finally got to the address, she informed me that I have to update my address in the form as well. I am like, how am I going to receive this form if you are sending it to the wrong address? Then she decided, it would be reasonable to take my current address and it took 3 attempts for her to actually get the address right. It was a harrowing experience to say the least and I am not even sure if she got the correct address down and I had a slight doubt if she is going to even send the form over. Hence, I asked her if there is a place I can walk in and get this done without having to wait 7-10BD for the form to arrive as she mentioned, and me to fill it up and another 7-10BD for them to receive it. Her reply was a curt, "Just fill up the form and send it back to us." I then called Michael's Toyota of Bellevue at 3.37pm to try my luck of getting a copy of the contract as the previous conversation I had with TFS was one where I can't get past a single sentence without being cut off. I spoke to a Connie in financing, requesting a copy of the contract, and she, my....she did everything in her power NOT TO do the extra work. She kept asking me how come I do not have a copy and nothing she can do to send it without a change of name. Connie, it's simple, I just need a copy of my contract. Finally, she relented unhappily and said she will send the contract over. I had an excellent experience during purchase, but why do they treat their customers disrespectfully afterwards? More

Terrific Service - Change Car Battery. My Toyota Sienna 2005's car battery was dead and I called to check if the dealership could look into it. The service department was on booked on Sunday but they would put me on priority to fix my car battery. Michael greeted me as I drove into for service department. He checked the battery and after running some tests, concluded it was dead. He said that a mechanic will look into it while I waited in the car. A few minutes later, still no sign of help. Michael returned and apologized for the delay since "they are short staff on Sunday". He would replace my car at no labor charge. All I had to do was pay for the battery and we went to the accessories department to purchase the battery. I was impressed with the friendly and professional service. Did I mention the battery comes with an 84month warranty (pro-rated) and a mail in rebate of $25! More

But the kicker was I made a appointment to meet with , that was after was told they would wash out my loan which they didn't and wouldn't back up what they said. It also appeared to be anti military. Worst Service Experience Ever 1.0 star rating 8/6/2015 Today Yuli was the service advisor for my oil change. She told me that my car would be ready around 6 pm when I d 1.0 star rating 8/6/2015 Today Yuli was the service advisor for my oil change. She told me that my car would be ready around 6 pm when I dropped my car off around 5 pm. Then I took my 3-year-old to a dinner and came back around 6 pm. Surprisingly, my car was still in the waiting queue and was the ONLY car in that lane, no cars before and no cars behind. I was a bit upset as my appointment was 5:30 pm and I arrived 30 minutes earlier. When somebody got his car and ready to leave, I asked him when was his service appointment, I was told 5:15 pm and his car was dropped off around 5 pm too. So even though our appointments were 15 minutes apart, by 6 pm, his car was already finished and my car was not even being started. After another 45 minutes wait, finally, I got my car without being washed. Obviously, I arrived 30 minutes earlier with the expectation that I could be at least serviced on time (5:30 pm) not saying earlier. Also it is my belief the drop-off time was registered in the system to help manage waiting queues. However, when I complained to the Service Manager, Brian, he said usually it takes an hour to finish an oil change and my car was only a few minutes late. I disagree. My car was purposely put off for at least 30 minutes. Because somebody else got his car 45 minutes earlier than me and our appointment was only 15 minutes apart. I said need an explanation or I hope he could simply prove to me that there are other 5:30-pm-appointment cars that got finished around 6:45 pm. He replied "Other people's cars have nothing to do with your car". What kind of response it is?? Should I interpret it as how we service others has nothing to do with how we service you??? I was shocked when I heard that as anybody can tell that I am complaining about the FAIRNESS of their service. And that is the response I got from the Service Manager. No courtesy, no management skills, no customer service! Worst experience ever!!! More
