He ordered one from the Factory to our specifications, so we got the new 2015 4Runner exactly how we wanted it, with all of the options and accessories, and even in the right color. Bill Ponton took on the job of fixing my Scion and kept me informed every step of the way, even calling me with an update prior to his days off. He led his team with professionalism and attention to every detail. In his absence, Roland Demotta took over. They both went to bat for me, making sure the extended warranty was honored. I have, and will continue in the future, to let friends and family members aware of this positive experience. I was offered a loaner car during the process. Brent guided us through the ins and outs of each option with great knowledge and insight; Dana, in Finance, got us through that process quickly; Julie attended to all the details and brought us coffee and cookies (!!); and the Tech Guy is amazing at setting up and demonstrating the features of "new car technology."
