He has excellent knowledge of the features of the car and answered all of my questions. I truly felt like Brian had my best interests in mind. Bought a used car. They said they put it through a safety inspection. It had problems. They attempted to fix it six times. Agreed that it met the definition of a Lemon They said they put it through a safety inspection. It had problems. They attempted to fix it six times. Agreed that it met the definition of a Lemon Law buy back, but refused to buy it back and said to go ahead and file a lemon claim as they have "lots of experience" with lemon law claims. Seven months later, when I brought it in for service, another dealership advised me to get out of the car as soon as possible. Issues include (again, they said they put it through a safety inspection): oil pan leak, separating struts, corroded brakes, seized calipers, corroded subframe, compromised serpentine belt, water pump pulley, side marker lenses not working, engine ground strap frayed and separating, suspension coils corroded, bumper held on by zip ties, corroded clutch slave cylinder. I informed Michaud of these findings. They asked to see the report. I sent it to them. They did not respond. I pinged them days later for their thoughts. Still no response. More
