I recently purchased a pre-owned Mitsubishi Outlander from Michaud Mitsubishi. Unfortunately not long after my purchase I had a problem with it. I fully expected the dealership to give me a hard time but from Michaud Mitsubishi. Unfortunately not long after my purchase I had a problem with it. I fully expected the dealership to give me a hard time but exactly the opposite was true. They stood behind their product and even gave me a loaner vehicle that they didn't have to. Not only that, I got a call from the owner Kevin and his son Zach to ensure my satisfaction with the quality of the repair! Their service Manger was also extremely communicative and very easy to speak to. I couldn't recommend them more and will definitely be back when I'm in the market again! Thank you! More
I’ve been going to Michaud Mitsubishi for years to have my car serviced and I swear it’s the reason my car is still running like it’s brand new ! I had my Subaru Outback battery replaced at the service department and it was a wonderful experience. Liars and scammers! Liars and scammers - misleading to customers! Recently took my car to Michaud for a known O2 sensor issue that I believed was covered under the 8year Liars and scammers - misleading to customers! Recently took my car to Michaud for a known O2 sensor issue that I believed was covered under the 8year/80k federal warranty. Asked specifically on 3 different occasions prior to my car even being looked at, as to whether the O2 sensor was covered under the 8year/80k warranty and informed the service dept that I had no intention of having my car serviced at the dealership if it was not covered. Service bay manager advised that the ONLY way to know if the O2 sensor was covered by this warranty was to do a complete vehicle inspection that would cost $120 even after I specifically asked if there was any other way to check this part against this specific warranty. The part is not covered, as it is under the 6year/60k warranty. Service dept prints off a listing of all warranties associated with my car and hi lights that the O2 sensor is covered by the 6yr/60k warranty and it has expired. When confronted; the service manager states he does not recall telling me he could not obtain this information and that I never specifically asked prior to work being done on my vehicle causing labor to be billed to me. My night drop key envelope clearly states this concern. Michaud management has still not responded to my complaint on this matter. Service customers beware of the information being given to you - this dealership is just looking to take advantage of customer with blatant lies. More

I own a Mitsubishi and a Ford. My recent visit was for routine maintenance on the Ford. Michaud Service can expertly maintain any make and model commonly on the road today. Should there be any lingering curiosity as to my avoidance of the local Ford shop, I would direct you to the ratings and reviews for that facility. That's Unbelievable, though not in a good way. Paul and Craig are always great to deal with when I'm in for service and the addition of Crystal solidifies the strongest front end rotation in the league. Also noteworthy is how Crystal was recently promoted from the business development department. Congratulations Crystal! Yes, a family owned business with deep roots in the community offering advancement opportunities from within it's own ranks. Unbelievable? I think not! I recommend the Michaud Auto Group without hesitation. Next time you're in the area, stop by either of their locations. The coffee is always fresh, popcorn and assorted goodies are plentiful, and your experience will be unbelievable.... In the best way possible. Oh, and should you be spending time with your granddaughters, there's also a putting green, an ample supply of balloons, and plenty of that "feel good dealership" experience to recognize everyone's worth.. Family Business = Family Values. More
