Shame on you, Jim Ludington, GM for Michigan City Hyundai! You broke our deal, you lied... just to make a little more money. We had a deal for a Palisade at MSRP. We were in touch a number of time Hyundai! You broke our deal, you lied... just to make a little more money. We had a deal for a Palisade at MSRP. We were in touch a number of times as it shipped to you. When you realized the previous manager sold it without a market adjustment, you lied to break the deal! You lied and said you double sold my car. You lied that Payton Aubrey, our contact, had not been a manager at the dealership. You lied that you talked to Payton and that he "remembered the mistake he made" (If he remembered, he would have addressed it!). Mistakes happen and can be excused. Lack of character and worship of money cannot be fixed. More
